The Workshop leader would be Shreya Biswas, founder-

director of Katharangam (Bangalore). 

Topics would include:

1) Using Storytelling to Facilitate Moral Development, and

the Learning of Languages and Concepts, in Children; and

2) Creating and Using Illustrations to Accompany Storytelling.

"Storytelling Workshop for Parents".

The Workshop leader would be Regina Ress. 

Topics would include:

1) Ways of Telling Stories to Children, and

2) Ways of Using Storytelling (and Singing and Movement)

to Teach Languages to Children.

Note from Regina: "Whether you are a parent, a teacher, a librarian, or someone who simply enjoys spending time with children -- storytelling, music, and movement can be ways to engage, observe, and educate children while having a delightful time together.  In this highly participatory workshop, we will work with traditional and personal stories and a game-song to explore how these arts can be both captivating and educational."
