To compose a Healing / Inspirational / Transformational story --

 

Identify a transformation one might be looking forward to, and represent this transformation in metaphorical terms. 

 

What occurs before, during, and after the transformation?

As part of the metaphor-making process, one may change the characters to animals, royalty, etc.  One may change the setting, and so on.
